Juice #1

Freshly squeezed juice is a drink made from fresh fruits, vegetables or berries by mechanical action on them. It contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are beneficial for health.
Fresh juices come in different types: fruit, vegetable and mixed. Fruit juices such as apple, orange, grapefruit, lemon and others are rich in vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. Vegetable juices, such as tomato, carrot and beetroot, contain vitamin A, iron and folic acid. Mixed juices, such as pomegranate, multifruit and berry, combine the beneficial properties of fruit and vegetable juices.
Freshly squeezed juices have a number of health benefits:
they improve the immune system;
strengthen the cardiovascular system;
normalize the work of the gastrointestinal tract;
promote weight loss;
they improve the condition of the skin, hair and nails.
However, it should be remembered that freshly squeezed juices can cause allergic reactions and digestive problems if consumed excessively. Therefore, it is recommended to consume them in moderation and consult a doctor before taking them.
